Union Bank warns of disruptions ahead of union strike on Sept 11

Union Bank of India has warned that its operations across the country could be affected as several bank unions will go on strike from September 11. The unions will hold a one-day nationwide strike on September 11, followed by a three-day strike from September 28 and an indefinite strike from October 26. The unions have demanded a five-day banking week.
