Union Minister Jayant Sinha on Thursday met and garlanded eight people convicted in the Ramgarh lynching case in Jharkhand. This comes after the convicts were granted bail by the Jharkhand High Court. The men had allegedly lynched a 40-year-old man named Alimuddin Ansari last year on suspicion that he was transporting beef in his vehicle.
