Tadashi Yanai, the billionaire founder of Clothing chain Uniqlo's operator Fast Retailing, said he would prefer to be succeeded by a woman as CEO. "The job is more suitable for a woman. They are persevering, detail-oriented and have an aesthetic sense," the 70-year-old said. Yanai added that he wants to have more female senior executives than men.
