A Beijing-Washington United Airlines flight was forced to turn around after a passenger initiated an altercation with a crew member, raising safety concerns, the airline said. The flight, which was carrying over 200 passengers, returned to the Beijing airport about 3.5 hours after taking off. Meanwhile, United added that the "passenger voluntarily deplaned without incident."
