Video game software maker Unity on Monday rejected AppLovin Corp's $17.54 billion takeover offer and said it would go ahead with its deal to purchase mobile app monetisation software firm ironSource. The offer wasn't in the shareholders' best interest, Unity said. "The board continues to believe that the ironSource transaction is compelling," said Unity CEO John Riccitiello.
