An "unknown black-and-white bovine" has been named as the prime accused in an FIR filed in a road accident case in Gujarat's Kheda district. This came after a 50-year-old man riding an electric scooter was seriously injured after the cow unexpectedly came in his path and collided with the vehicle. The man fell after losing control of the two-wheeler.
