The Minda Group story begins in 1958, when Shri Shadilal Minda opened a small workshop for making electric parts for motorcycles. Nirmal Kumar Munda joined in the family business in 1974 and he soon became a business transformer having brought in Japanese best practices along with numerous JVs, and a '30-30-30' philosophy.
