A previously unseen photo of smiling Queen Elizabeth II has been released by Buckingham Palace ahead of her funeral. The portrait was taken by photographer Ranald Mackechnie in Windsor Castle in May, ahead of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Britain's longest-serving monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, will be honoured with a full state funeral at Westminster Abbey today.
