Ahead of the Garh Ganga Mela in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed officials to ensure no obscene songs are played during cultural programmes. He urged inclusion of folk artists and emphasised safety, cleanliness, CCTV monitoring, and emergency preparedness. The CM also ordered proper facilities for devotees, including toilets, parking, and temporary hospitals.
