Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Saturday announced an ex-gratia of ₹25 lakh for the family of the Unnao rape victim, an official said. Other facilities to be extended to the family will be looked at the local level, the official added. Earlier today, BJP leaders, who went to the victim's village to meet her family, were heckled by protesters.
