In a progressive step, UP will train and employ women as 'Krishi Sakhis' to promote natural farming. With support from Krishi Vigyan Kendras, these women will earn ₹5,000/month, spreading awareness and eco-practices across rural regions. The initiative has boosted both sustainability and female workforce participation in the state.
