Uttar Pradesh government has moved the Supreme Court against Allahabad High Court's order allowing elections to urban local bodies without reservations to Other Backward Classes (OBCs). The HC had passed the order on a plea alleging the reservations were granted without triple test mandated by the SC. Government had set up a five-member commission on Wednesday to discuss OBC reservation.
