A madrasa in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad allegedly asked the parents of a girl to produce a 'virginity certificate' to promote her to the next class. The madrasa management also threatened to expel the student by giving her a transfer certificate if she did not comply. Police are investigating the matter after receiving a complaint from the student's family.
