UP man complains against Lord Indra over rain, says 'Don't have his number, DM must issue orders'

A man in UP's Hardoi has filed a complaint against Lord Indra, the god of rain, blaming him for the incessant rainfall. In his complaint to the administration, Tiwari said, "Indradev is continuously causing rain without any prior information." "I don't know Indradev's mobile number...I request the DM to issue...necessary directions to Indradev...through his divine means of communication," he said.
