A 30-year-old man Sikandar Gupta allegedly killed his wife and mother in a village in UP's Kushinagar and then chewed flesh from their bodies. The incident occurred on a rooftop and was witnessed by villagers. Police arrested the accused at the spot and registered double murder case. Experts said the cannibalism reflected extreme control obsession, deep trauma and total dehumanisation.
