A shocking murder case in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareli has come to light after a man allegedly slit his cousin's throat and mutilated his face over an affair with the victim's wife. Police said the accused, Rajkishore, brutally killed watchman Binda Prasad while he slept and was arrested within 72 hours. The weapon used in the crime was recovered.
