UP man throws acid on ex-fiancee, sister after marriage called off

A man allegedly attacked his former fiancee and her sister with acid at their home in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, after their marriage alliance was called off. Police identified the accused as Harsh Bhati, who was allegedly caught while fleeing. The family claimed they ended the alliance after discovering his alleged drug addiction. Both injured women are undergoing treatment.
