UP nursing student found dead, family accuses principal of murder

An 18-year-old nursing student, Preeti, was found dead near Mauda Kaneta village in Uttar Pradesh’s Firozabad district. CCTV footage showed her leaving the college premises alone at 2:30 am after scaling a boundary wall. Her family accused the college principal and his son of murder, prompting police to register an FIR under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
