Uttar Pradesh’s Urban Development Department is building 2,700 smart classrooms in government schools under various flagship schemes at a cost of ₹324.56 crore. Already, 1,780 of these classrooms are operational. The initiative aims to modernize education infrastructure and provide digital access to urban students, especially those from lower-income families.
