The Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government will organize divisional-level mega employment fairs in five districts in January 2026. Around 100 companies will participate in each fair, offering on-the-spot jobs to nearly 20,000 youth per event. The initiative aims to create one lakh jobs and curb migration.
