Edtech unicorn upGrad has raised ₹287.5 crore in debt from Singapore-based debt financing platform EvolutionX. The startup's board has passed a special resolution to issue 28,75,000 debentures of a face value of ₹1,000 each, as per a filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The startup raised about ₹300 crore in an internal rights issue last year.
