A group of upper caste men allegedly attacked a dalit youth in Tamil Nadu and urinated in his mouth when he asked for a glass of water. Reportedly, the upper caste men beat up the dalit after he opposed them for using filthy words against him. The police refused to register a case under SC/ST Atrocities Prevention Act, victim alleged.
