The Jhansi Railway Station has been renamed as Veerangana Lakshmibai Railway Station, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said on Wednesday. The proposal to change the station's name was sent by the state government to Union Home Ministry nearly three months ago. The divisional railway administration will start the departmental process after receiving formal approval from Ministry of Railways.
