The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Thursday launched the Pratibha Setu initiative, enabling central and private employers to connect with top non-recommended yet qualified candidates. It offers access to a databank of over 10,000 aspirants who cleared all exam stages but missed the final merit list. The portal also includes candidates’ educational qualifications and contact details.
