Home services marketplace Urban Company, formerly UrbanClap, has acquired Australian on-demand beauty services startup Glamazon. This comes nearly six months after the Tiger Global-backed platform launched operations in Australia, focused on home and personal care services including beauty services. As part of the deal, Glamazon, which was founded in 2016, has rebranded itself under Urban Company.
