Home services provider Urban Company has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the SEBI to raise ₹1,900 crore through an initial public offering. The IPO will consist of a fresh issue worth ₹429 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹1,471 crore. Accel India and Elevation Capital will be among the entities selling shares in the OFS.
