Delhi High Court ruled that a public urinal and open garbage bin next to a residential property violate the right to live in a clean environment. Justice Amit Bansal observed that hygiene is essential for a healthy life. The ruling came on a petition filed challenging the construction of unauthorised urinal and garbage bin along the wall of his property.
