US, UK & others propose referring Iran to UN Security Council

The US, UK, France, and Germany drafted a resolution to refer Iran to the UN Security Council for failing to comply with nuclear nonproliferation obligations. Since June 2025 strikes on Iran's nuclear sites, IAEA inspectors have been denied access. Iran holds 440.9 kg of 60%-enriched uranium — enough for ~10 bombs, per IAEA.
