The US administration told a federal court on Monday to dismiss the lawsuit against xAI over alleged pollution from its data centre in Mississippi. The lawsuit filed in April claims that xAI and its subsidiary are illegally running dozens of natural gas turbines, which emit pollution. The US administration said the data centre is "critical to the economy".
