US Court of Appeals has upheld District Court’s decision against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on $194.2 million in damages in the case filed by DXC Technology Company. However, the appeals court vacated the previously granted injunction, directing the Northern District of Texas, to reassess it as per the appellate directions. TCS said it is evaluating all available legal options.
