An investigation has revealed that the US Army had failed to alert the FBI to nearly 20% of the criminal activity of its soldiers. "There have been gaps and failures on the part of the Army," Chief of Staff of the US Army, General Mark Milley said. Notably, around 150 US soldiers receive a dishonourable discharge each year.
