The US Army has grounded its entire fleet of Chinook helicopters after a "small number" of engine fires were discovered. The Army identified the cause as a fuel leak, Army spokeswoman Cynthia Smith said, adding that steps are being taken to fix the issue. The helicopters have been in service since the 1960s.
