US army strikes in 2025 killed 153 civilians, injured 243

A Pentagon report revealed three US military airstrikes in Yemen in April 2025 killed 153 civilians and left 243 injured. The airstrikes were conducted to "protect US interests" and "degrade the capabilities" of Iran-backed Houthi militants as they threatened maritime security in the region, the report added. US military also launched military operations in Iran and Africa in 2025.
