US asks space firm's Ukrainian owner to sell stake over security concerns

The US government has asked aerospace company Firefly Aerospace's Ukrainian Co-founder Max Polyakov to sell his stake in the firm citing national security concerns. The government has expressed objections to Polyakov's control saying valuable technology could make its way to Ukraine and other nations. Polyakov agreed to the demand while maintaining that his ownership poses no security threats.
