US bombs strategic rail bridge linking Iran to trade partners China & Russia

A US cruise missile struck the strategic Aq Taqeh Khan railway bridge in Iran's northern province of Golestan on Thursday, Iranian media reported. The bridge is a key link on the China-Turkmenistan-Iran rail corridor connecting Iran to its trade partners, China and Russia. The route gained further relevance this year for cargo shipments after US blocked Iran's ports.
