Some employees threatened to quit after Farmers Insurance's new CEO Raul Vargas changed the US-based company's remote work policy. Last month, Vargas said most employees would be required to work from office three days/week. Notably, employees were told last year that most of them would be working remotely, an announcement which prompted many to sell their cars or relocate themselves.
