Graham Walker, former CEO of US-based manufacturing company Fibrebond, distributed $240 million (around ₹2,155 crore) in bonuses among 540 employees after selling the firm, The Wall Street Journal reported. In the acquisition deal with Eaton, Walker had set aside 15% of the sale proceeds to reward employees' loyalty. Each employee would reportedly receive $443,000 (nearly ₹4 crore) on average.
