A New York City police officer is suing the NYPD after a topless photo she sent to a former boyfriend, also a police officer, went viral within the department, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. The officer, Alisa Bajraktarevic, alleges that she sent the photo to Lieutenant Mark Rivera in 2012, the year she joined the force.
