US couple with 21 children ran 'house of horrors', arrested over child abuse

Southern California couple, Guojun Xuan and Silvia Zhang, have been arrested and charged with child abuse after keeping at least 21 children, most born via surrogacy, in a mansion with "horrific conditions". The children, aged 2 months to 13 years, were allegedly beaten by nannies daily. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman described the mansion as "house of horrors".
