A New York court has accepted Indian national Nikhil Gupta's guilty plea for being part of a plot to murder Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The court is expected to announce the sentence against him on May 29. This comes after Nikhil had pleaded guilty to three charges in the case on February 13, including conspiracy to commit money laundering.
