A federal appeals court on Monday rejected a request by Donald Trump administration to proceed with revoking temporary legal status of around 4,00,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans living in US. The court declined to stay a judge's order that blocked the Department of Homeland Security from ending a two-year humanitarian parole programme implemented by ex-President Joe Biden.
