US State Department on Friday said that more than 95,000 visas have been cancelled so far this year, Fox News reported. Over 8,000 of those revoked visas reportedly belong to international students. The development comes amid reports that Indian H-1B visa holders who travelled home for renewals are stranded after US appointments were abruptly cancelled or pushed back by months.
