Indian national Nikhil Gupta on Friday pleaded guilty to plotting the assassination of pro-Khalistan terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the US. While sentencing will be decided by the judge, the US government has recommended a 21-24 year prison term. Pannun, a dual US-Canadian citizen, heads Sikhs for Justice, a group that carries out anti-India activities.
