US imports from China reach 20-year low amid Trump's tariffs

Following US President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariff strategy, the share of Chinese goods in total US imports has dropped to its lowest level in over two decades. Currently, Chinese imports make up only 11% of all US imports, down from 22% seven years ago. There has been a sharp decline in imports of China-made goods, including toys, kitchenware and apparel.
