Latest US intelligence assessments have contradicted President Donald Trump’s claim that Vladimir Putin “wants to end” the war in Ukraine. According to Reuters, the reports warn that Putin has not abandoned his goal of capturing all of Ukraine and parts of the former Soviet Union. The intelligence reports also contradicted Putin's assertion that Russia poses no threat to Europe.
