A judge in US has denied Apple's plea to dismiss a lawsuit which claims that stalkers are using AirTag to track victims. Petitioners who had sued Apple in 2022, claimed the AirTags "revolutionised the scope, breadth, and ease of location-based stalking". Apple in its plea to dismiss the case said it "took proactive steps to try to deter misuse".
