A 45-year-old man from US' Kansas has filed a lawsuit seeking $93 million (over ₹706 crore) in damages after he was wrongfully convicted for double murder. Lamonte McIntyre and his mother claimed that a detective coerced her into sex and then framed him for murder after she rejected the detective's sexual advances later. McIntyre had served 23 years in jail.
