US may exclude H1B workers, Indian students from census 2030

The Trump administration has proposed major changes to the 2030 US Census, including excluding undocumented immigrants, asylum seekers and some temporary residents from the population count. It also wants to add a citizenship question and remove race and ethnicity questions. The changes could reshape congressional representation, Electoral College votes and federal funding.
