US may sanction Chinese banks over Iran support: McMaster

Former US NSA HR McMaster warned that secondary sanctions on Chinese financial institutions facilitating Iran are "quite likely" if Beijing doesn't change course. He urged Trump to press Xi Jinping at their September 24 meeting, citing Chinese satellite imagery allegedly used by Iran before a July attack that killed three US soldiers.
