A US Navy P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance plane, carrying a highly classified AN/APS-154 radar pod, was spotted over the Black Sea, caught on video by a Russian Su-35 interceptor. The AN/APS-154 is a top-secret radar system developed by Raytheon, used for both land and maritime surveillance.
